Mindset coaching focuses on existing beliefs and patterns of thinking.  A good Mindset coach helps you recognize, question, and revise persistent patterns of thought.  Coaching is not a replacement for Therapy, and sessions are not treated as such.  The conversations we have do stay private, but they are focused on helping you break limiting beliefs you may have about yourself or the world around you.

Signing up for coaching means that you’re actively looking to shift your life in a positive way, because the current way you’re going through life either isn’t working the way you want it to, or you’ve hit a wall and need some external guidance or accountability.  My experience has found how much people thrive, improve their wellbeing, become happier, increase their resilience, lower their stress levels, and ultimately have more meaning in their lives when they work with a Mindset Coach.
